I am an educational and organizational consultant who draws from more than 20 years of leadership experience in large urban school systems, specifically as a teacher, school and district leader, and research-practice partner. I’m deeply passionate about engagement strategy and coherent, systemic innovation as a means for sustainable, scalable impact.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently pursued coherence in systems, policies, and practices to ensure organizations resonate deeply with those they serve. This journey has honed a unique ability to center learner perspective, particularly youth, as a central driver of improvement.

A lifelong Chicagoan, I recently took a leap and moved to the Black Hills of South Dakota with my husband, John, and our dog, Jim. While I miss the city I love, I’m embracing the tranquility and beauty of my new surroundings. And as a biology buff, I’m finding joy in exploring the diverse ecology of the mountains.
